  • Office-based notaries - limits of $1,000,000/$2,000,000 - prices start, in most locations, between $425-$500 annually.  Broader coverage options are available if you purchase a policy starting at $500 annually. These policies can include general liability, coverage for business personal property, business income, and more.  These policies have options for data breach coverage, hired/non-owned autos, as well as blanket additional insured.

Notary Errors and Omissions (Professional Liability) for Individual Notaries
  • Individual Notary Errors and Omissions Insurance Quotes with High Limits of Insurance is available from Stratum Insurance Agency in 49 states, with options for errors and omissions insurance, general liability insurance, and more.  Limits starting at $5,000 as high as $5,000,000 are can be selected.  Common choices include E&O insurance limits of $100,000,  $250,000, $500,000, $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.  Same day quotes quotes are available.  Defense outside limits is available as well as personal injury coverage and third party discrimination coverage is optional.
